You may use the Service only if you are authorized by Tondo Inc. or an entity that has access to Tondo Inc. services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and organizational policies.

3. OTP Security Best Practices

To protect your account, you agree to follow these best practices:

• Do not share your OTP with anyone. Tondo Inc. will never ask for your OTP outside the sign-in flow.
• Confirm you are on a legitimate tondoinc.com domain before entering codes.
• Keep your phone secure with a device passcode or biometric lock.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or receive unexpected OTP messages.
• Keep your phone number up to date so security notifications reach you.

4. Communications and Notifications

By using the Service, you consent to receiving OTPs and security notifications via SMS, voice call, or other channels. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. OTP delivery is required to access the Service. You may opt out of non-essential notifications by contacting support@tondoinc.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication or security controls.
• Use the Service for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization.
• Attempt to access or use another user's credentials or OTPs.

6. Third-Party Providers

We may use third-party providers (such as SMS or telephony vendors) to deliver OTPs and notifications. Your use of the Service is subject to their availability and any applicable terms.

7. Fees

The Service is currently offered without a fee. If we introduce fees, we will provide notice and a method for you to accept any updated terms before charges apply.

The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by Tondo Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tondo Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
